CEEPUS International Summer School: “Traditional Slavonian countryside”

For the third year in a row, the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek is organizing the international summer school, this time entitled: Traditional Slavonian countryside.

The International Summer School is organized through the CEEPUS program, and the Faculty will have the opportunity to host 10 teachers and students from four partner institutions: University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences from Vienna in Austria, University of Ostrava in Czechia, Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine “King Michael I of Romania” from Timisoara in Romania and University of Kragujevac in Serbia.

Students and teachers will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the Faculty and the University, visit the experimental-educational fields and learn something about the importance of traditional Slavonian countryside in agricultural production in Slavonia. As part of the summer school, they will have the opportunity to visit nature parks of Papuk and Kopački rit and get acquainted with the agricultural potential of Baranja.

The International school begins on Monday, 4th July and ends on Friday, 8th July 2022.
