Quality Office
The Office for the Improvement and Quality Assurance of Higher Education systematically implements the established, characteristic quality indicators, coordinated with the University Center for the Improvement and Quality Assurance of Higher Education.
The Office monitors the quality of studies at the Faculty, which involves monitoring the entire study programs for all three cycles of education (undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate); monitoring the quality of teaching; conducting student‐ and teacher‐oriented research and surveys about teaching, teaching contents, literature, introduction of new approaches and forms of teaching, examinations, competencies, teacher communication, students’ information about the study programs, student influence on the study programs’ contents, teaching, and students workloads (ECTS scores).
The Office carries out a systematic analysis of knowledge‐testing methods, examination administrations, study success, and mobility analysis within and outside the Faculty and University.
In cooperation with the Commission for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, it organizes, coordinates, and implements evaluation procedures and develops internal mechanisms for the Faculty‐based assurance, improvement, and promotion of quality.
