Biomass and renewable energy sources

We provide complete chemical and physical analysis services related to biogas production. The laboratory is trained for the analysis of different substrates and to determine the dry matter (ST), organic matter (OT), ash, acidity (pH reaction), concentration of elements (C, N, K, P, Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn,), determination of C/N ratio, composition of biogas (CH4, CO2, H2S, N, CO, O2).

In addition to chemical analyses, the formation dynamics and the amount of gas are determined.

Based on laboratory research and information collected by the client of the research, we create a cost-effectiveness study, which contains:

  •     Dimensioning of bioreactors
  •     Determination of the technology and mode of operation of the Bioreactor
  •     Optimization of production:
        • Determining the amount of biogas produced
        • Determining the amount of electricity produced
        • Determining the amount of heat energy produced
        • Substrate properties before and after fermentation
        • Profit calculation
        • Checking gas release at biogas plants and testing exhaust gases at cogeneration plants.
