Right to Access the Information

The right to access the information possessed by the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek is guaranteed by the Act on the right to Access the information (Official Gazette 25/13) to all domestic and foreign natural and legal persons in the same way and under the same conditions.

Submitting a Request to Access the Information

The right to access the information is exercised by submitting a request to the Information Officer. If a request is submitted in writing, it is necessary to fill out the Request to Access the Information form or, in case a person should decide to not fill out the form, the person should emphasize that the information is required in accordance with the Act on the Right to Access the Information.

A request for exercising the right to access the information held by the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek can be submitted as follows:

• in person at the Registry Office, weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

In order to be valid, the Request to Access the Information must necessarily contain the following elements:

• name and headquarters of a public authority to which the request is to be delivered
• the data important for the identification of requested information
• the first and last name and full residential address of a natural person submitting the request
• the company—that is, the name of a legal entity and its registered office

Incomplete requests will not be referred to the procedure.

The Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek enjoys a right to compensation for actual material costs emanating from the provision of information to a beneficiary of the right to access and reuse the information, as well as a a right to compensation for the costs of delivery of requested information, charged in accordance with the Criteria for the Determination of an Amount to Compensate the Actual Material and Information Delivery Costs (Officiakl Gazette, 12/14).
